Fun Finds this Fourth of July | Christmas Tree Market Blog

4th of July Must-haves around the Web

July 3rd, 2013

While surfing the web for 4th of July party ideas, I came upon these fantastic products that are perfect for the 4th of July. They’re colorful, inexpensive, practical, and in most cases, great for daily use. Throw an awesome Independence Day bash with these budget-friendly finds!

1. Bright red chairs

red tabouret chairs

These red tabouret stacking chairs are perfect in my kitchen and in my backyard. The vibrant color livens up any festivity, and is especially perfect for the 4th of July. The chair’s design makes it easy to store, while the material makes it a breeze to clean. Fun, stylish, and practical – it doesn’t get much better than this!

2. Oilcloth Tablecloths

This oilcloth from the OnlineFabricStore is a great find! I have always had an affinity for this durable, low-maintenance fabric. I was re-inspired to use a gingham oilcloth when I saw it on the outdoor picnic tables of one of my favorite restaurants. It was so cute! To use it in your home, just cover a table with the oilcloth, trim the excess, and then staple the oilcloth to the underside of the table for a party-ready look.

3. Reusable Flatware

These faux white paper plates from bibelotshops.com are environmentally friendly since they are neither paper nor plastic. Made from melamine, these plates are durable and user-friendly, that is, it guarantees you and your guests won’t have beans on your lap during dinner time. I also really like these napkins from SchoolhouseElectric.com. They’re simple and fun, but really practical!

4. Baskets and bags

This wire storage basket from Target is also on my list of items to have for a 4th of July party. Fun for holding napkins, silverware, and paper plates, wire baskets like these are cropping up all over the web! And if you’re having a picnic party this holiday, you can use this burlap reusable market bag from the same FEED line of products. It’s perfect for holding picnic blankets and water bottles!

5. Party décor

These last two items are ideally just for a 4th of July party. The red, white, and blue colors just scream Independence Day!

Banners

FUN ADDITIONS:

4th-of-July-Sparklers-Gift-Printable

Online freebies! We just introduced the kids to sparklers this year and these handheld fireworks need a bit of pizzazz. This downloadable sparkler print from Lil’ Luna is adorable and free! Just print it, wrap it around your box of sparklers, and this instant party favor is good to go!

havaianas flipflops

And on a more personal note, I leave you with my favorite flip flops from Havaianas. This pair is really comfortable, making running around on a busy day a piece of cake! I’ve chosen blue for the 4th!

These are some of the products I’m loving for a great Fourth of July celebration! What are your favorites?
